Please ensure that you have provided our office with the most current and accurate dental insurance information.  As a courtesy, we will file your dental claim for you. We ask families to be familiar with your insurance benefits, as we will collect your estimated patient portion for services rendered.

Payment for dental services is due on the day of treatment.   We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard.

As a courtesy, the office of Terrence Y. Lau, DDS will file and process your insurance for you.  However, understand that any charges not covered by your dental insurance policy including, but not limited to co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered services will be the responsibility of the family.
